RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Abdul Technologies. We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our Web Development, Logo Design, and Graphic Design services. Because our products are digital and custom-made, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Digital Services (Design & Web)
Due to the nature of creative work, digital products (such as logo files, website code, and poster designs) are not “returnable.”
- Initial Deposit: The 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time, research, and administrative resources allocated to your project once work begins.
- Work in Progress: If a project is cancelled after work has started but before completion, Abdul Technologies reserves the right to retain the deposit and bill for any additional hours worked beyond the deposit amount.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to start your project or deliver the first draft within the agreed-upon timeline (excluding delays caused by the client).
- Accidental Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
- Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree that the project cannot move forward due to unforeseen circumstances before significant work has been performed.
3. No Refunds After Approval
Once a client has provided final approval (“sign-off”) on a design or a website has been launched/delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Final approval indicates complete satisfaction with the work.
4. Revisions vs. Refunds
We believe in collaboration. If you are unhappy with a design, we encourage you to use your allotted revision rounds (as specified in your project agreement). Our goal is to refine the work until it meets your expectations rather than cancelling the project.
5. Physical Prints (If Applicable)
If you have ordered physical prints (Posters, Business Cards) and they arrive damaged or with printing errors:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
- We will offer a reprint and reshipment at no extra cost. We do not offer cash refunds for printed materials.
6. Cancellation Process
To cancel a project, you must submit a written request to queenshaikhkumar@gmail.com. The date of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.
