SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Abdul Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality design and development work in a timely and efficient manner. Since our services are primarily digital, please review our delivery procedures below.

1. Digital Delivery (Design & Web Services)

Most of our services (Web Development, Logo Design, Graphic Design) are delivered digitally.

  • Delivery Method: Final files will be sent via Email, cloud storage links (Google Drive/Dropbox), or transferred directly to your web server.
  • Delivery Time: * Logos & Graphics: 3–5 business days.
  • Web Development: 2–4 weeks (depending on project complexity).
  • Costs: There are no shipping fees for digital delivery.

2. Physical Shipping (Printed Materials)

If your project includes physical items (such as printed posters, business stationery, or flyers), the following terms apply:

  • Service Areas: We ship to all major cities across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar.
  • Processing Time: Printing and packaging typically take 2–3 business days after your final design approval.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Within Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days.
  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination. These charges will be added to your final invoice.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

For physical goods, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (via TCS, Leopards Courier, or Pakistan Post) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to meet every deadline, Abdul Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the client.
  • Public holidays or unforeseen environmental conditions in Pakistan.

5. Damaged Goods (Physical Prints)

If you receive printed materials that were damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at queenshaikhkumar@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with the courier and arrange for a reprint if necessary.
